What is the difference between divorce by Talak, Khuluk, Taklik and Fasakh?
Talak means “to release” or “to divorce”, is for the husband in the marriage and it can be done without any reason

Khuluk is when the husband refuse to pronounce Talak on the wife

Taklik is when there is a breach in the agreed marriage conditions – for e.g husband committing adultery
